Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage sustained during production or shipping.

Please carefully review your order, including size, color, and design selections, before completing your purchase.

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design

  • Color variations that may appear differently on various screens or devices

  • Accidental orders

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item contains a printing or manufacturing defect

  • The product received differs significantly from the item ordered due to our error

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or printing error

Once reviewed and approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Refund Request Review

All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
